Policy and Terms of Sale

All Tyler Madison, Inc. products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Any product or part there of found to be defective will be replaced or a refund of the purchase price of the item or part thereof will be made provided we are notified upon receipt. We reserve the right to request that any product or parts claimed to be defective within the terms of it's warranty be returned to Tyler Madison, Inc. at the expense of the purchaser. Our liability for any defects on any product will not exceed its replacement costs to us. We will not accept any liability arising from performance of any product assembled by other parties.

Any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied as to quality, performance or fitness for use is always dependent upon the condition that the rate capacities listed apply only to new, unused cables and assemblies, and that the mechanical equipment on which such products are used is appropriately designed and maintained, properly stored, used and inspected on a regular basis during the entire period of use.

Tyler Madison, Inc. shall not be liable under any circumstances for consequential or incidental damages or secondary charges including but not limited to personal injury, labor costs, a loss of profits resulting from the use of said products or from said products being incorporated in a component of any other product.

Net 30 Days. Net amount of the invoice is due in full 30 days after the invoice date. Unless noted, prices quoted are F.O.B. origin.
